Important Notice: We accept most Major Credit Cards/Debit Cards and in some cases either PayPal Payments or Amazon Pay. For security purposes we do not accept phone orders, also we do not store Credit/Debit Card information on your account. Of course we know this can be pain for customers to have to enter their information every time they purchase when using a Credit/Debit Card; however, we're not willing to sacrifice security for convenience. All pages containing your personal information, including credit card numbers, name, and address are encrypted while in transit.
International (NON-US Payments)
Important Shipping Update: Currently we're experiencing some delays due to COVID-19 which mostly impact our Free Economy Shipping option. Our Standard Shipping is only slightly impacted and our Top-Rated Expedited Shipping is NOT currently seeing any negative impact.
Domestic Shipping (United States of America)
We offer Free Shipping on Orders of $35 or more (7 to 10 Business Days), Standard Shipping (4 to 6 Business Days), Expedited Shipping (2 to 3 Business Days) by USPS, FedEx, or UPS Shipping. Orders under $35 are charged a Flat $7.95 Standard Shipping for your Entire Order.
International Shipping (Canada)
Rate is based on Shipping Carrier and order weight.
Delivery (All Orders)
We work hard to stay within our Shipping ranges based on Business Days, which exclude weekends, however we can't control delays that our Shipping Carriers including USPS, FedEx, or UPS may experience..
- Also Note: Dollar Fanatic Online Dollar Store is not responsible for non-delivery, mis-shipment and/or re-shipment of packages due to inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete address information that you provide. If we have to send out a Shipment by Carrier or Local Delivery more than once that is very costly. Please keep in mind in most cases we are either covering some or all of the cost of shipping, which is not cheap or free for us, so we can't afford to pay for multiple Shipments or Local Delivery expenses. Returned and/or misdirected orders will be charged a $10.00 handling fee. Basically please make sure you provide the correct address, review your address before you submit your order.
Please Note: Because we are an Online Dollar Store and also because we provide Free Carrier Shipping, and Local Delivery which has an extreme cost on most orders, we can not accept traditional Refunds. However we may accept Exchanges if products are damaged during the delivery process. Also we try our best to take care of ALL of our customers, so if there is a unique situation, we will deal with it on a case by case basis in an expedited fashion.
A 7.25% sales tax is charged for all orders billed to an Illinois address, unless you provide us with the proper documentation that shows you are tax exempt.
